Battery Park underwent a significant brand refresh right before I took over this account. They went from being dog-friendly to no longer allowing dogs indoors. We were getting questions about it on a daily basis because they hadn’t made the change clear. In response, I launched the Patio Pup series, to make it clear to people that dogs were still welcome, but only on the patio. I encouraged people to share photos of their dog on the patio for a chance to be reposted.
